CDE Announces the Sale of It's KVX Mica Product Line

Cornell Dubilier Marketing, Inc. has sold its KVX mica product line to Custom Electronics, Inc. as of February 15, 2011.

Liberty, SC (February 2011) — Cornell Dubilier Marketing, Inc. has sold its KVX mica product line to Custom Electronics, Inc. as of February 15, 2011. Custom Electronics, Inc. will support all Cornell Dubilier customers for this capacitor line moving forward. The business transition is taking place and we expect no delays in customer orders due to this change of ownership.
