Production Associate
PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE 1ST SHIFT Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Classification: Hourly
Reports to: Department Supervisor
Overview: Fill in at various operations within the department.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Operate any equipment in respective production line to keep work flowing
- Pull parts as needed for job
- Fill in for absentees when required
- Work overtime as needed
- Keep area neat and clean
Job Prerequisites
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of or the ability to learn various measuring devices
- Ability to learn various pieces of equipment
- Good attendance record
- Production experience a plus
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Full body movement/good eyesight
- Good hand eye coordination
- Constant alertness
- Exposure to some odors
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
